At Mary’s Path we’re committed to supporting the teen moms and babies we serve. That includes after they’ve left our home. One of the ways we do that is to help our teen moms reconnect with their families and communities. We know those connections will by hugely important as our moms set out on their own and work to support themselves and their babies.

Six months ago, Mary’s Path began offering Family Finding services, and already we’re seeing that investment pay off. We’ve had girls make connections with their mothers, brothers, sisters and extended family. Our family finding specialist has also become a strong source of support for our teen moms, attending school events, court dates, and family therapy sessions.
